Specific Product Terms & Conditions

1. Online Training Courses

All online courses have a non-refundable deposit after purchase (Please find below for specific course terms & conditions)

2. Pre-Written Manual Licence

As soon as the training manual has been sent to you via email, the payment is non-refundable

3. Accreditation

If you are applying for BIA accreditation, please be aware of the following:

Accreditation is non-refundable after approval.
We are covered by our own insurance partners and cannot guarantee insurance with any other insurance providers. https://www.beautyindustryapproval.com/insurancepartners
Please do not apply for BIA accreditation without viewing our list of insurance partners.
Accreditation is valid for 1 year, your year will start from the day of approval, not from the day of purchase.
Accreditation approval cost is for the course to be accredited, this is not the price per student
You can teach as many student's as you would like within your approval dates.
You will create your own student's certificate, we do not provide these. We do offer a student certificate example to make sure you include everything required. Please contact us if you would like this sent to you.

4. Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

If you choose our payment plan option then please be aware of the following:

We will send you an invoice each week for your payment via email.
These invoices are not paid automatically paid, you need to pay them yourself.
Your first payment on our payment plan is an non-refundable deposit.
You can be approved before your payment plan is paid off, however we will cancel your accreditation if the payment plan is not adhered to.
We will email you and remind you if a payment has been missed, if we do not get a response your accreditation will automatically put on hold until the payment has been made.
If your account has been put on hold, you will not be covered or compensated for the lost time.
If you are struggling with the weekly payments, please contact us to discuss and work out a solution that suit's you.

5. Beauty Educators Diploma

This course has a non-refundable £50+VAT deposit with any payment type, full or payment plan
All course materials will be sent to your email within 15 minutes of purchase, can take longer depending on website traffic. You should check your spam folder before contacting us if you have not received your course materials with 15 minutes.
Once you have been sent confirmation of completion, your course will no non-refundable.
If any payment plans are not kept up to date, we will email you as reminder. If no response, we will cancel your diploma and your certificate will no longer be valid with us or any of our insurance partners. Payment plans must be kept up to date to ensure your course remains active.

6. Mental Health Awareness

This course is non-refundable from the time of purchase
The full £20 course fee, excluding VAT, go directly to our chosen charity which you can find here

7. Manual Guide eBook

This eBook for non-refundable after purchase due to having the eBook sent to your email immediately after purchase.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page, and the changes will take effect immediately.
