1. Digital Products

Most of our products—including certifications, downloadable documents, and course materials—are delivered electronically.
   •    Delivery Method: Instant digital download or email delivery.
   •    Delivery Time: Immediately upon purchase or within 24 hours.
   •    Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with download instructions or access credentials.

 

2. Physical Products

If you purchase any physical materials (e.g., printed certificates, merchandise, etc.):
   •    Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
   •    Shipping Time: Depends on the shipping method selected at checkout (typically 3–10 business days).
   •    Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.
   •    International Shipping: May be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

 

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:
   •    Downloadable content (certificates, PDFs, toolkits, etc.)
   •    Online course access or accreditation packages

4. Physical Products

You may return physical products under the following conditions:
   •    Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
   •    Items must be unused and in original packaging.
   •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

To initiate a return, email us at info@beautyindustryapproval.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, and will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us with photo evidence and order details.
